Healthy and mindful eating is important to many people. Through our long-standing partnership with experts from WWF Austria, we develop dishes that consist predominantly of Austrian ingredients, incorporate numerous organic-certified components, and frequently feature little to no meat.
We focus on vegetarian and vegan specialties, seasonal cuisine, and ingredients from Austria’s renowned culinary regions. The origin and quality of the ingredients used are verified against defined standards.
